TOUGH MASTER TM-GSR92105B Garage Storage Shelves are a 5 Tier storage solution for all your needs. With a highly durable heavy duty steel and metal frame, plus sturdy CARB P2-compliant MDF boards – with each tier capable of bearing 300 kg / 661 lb (evenly distributed and on a level surface) – these shelves are built to last. The robust steel frame can firmly hold the MDF board, making the 5 tier rivet rack extra stable and safe. Rust-resistant coating on each black metal shelving unit ensures longevity of the product. Each shelf on the heavy duty shelving unit has been thoroughly tested and is very stable and safe to use, with cross braces under each shelf to provide additional stability. The shelf levels adjust every 3.5cm to accommodate items stored on the metal garage shelves of small or large size. The Rivet Assembly System ensures fast, easy and hassle-free assembly. Select the components you wish to assemble, position the rivets at the top of the corresponding keyholes and push the riveted component downwards into place and secure it with a mallet. The only tool needed when installing the galvanised rivet rack is a mallet. The boltless shelving unit can be a vertical rack or horizontal workbenches, and is great for a variety of uses, including in the garage, supermarket, workshop, warehouse, kitchen, bathroom, gym, basement, and more. Boltless steel shelving can be customised to fit any warehouse space.

- Durable: The steel frame on the rivet shelving is made from heavy duty steel and has a galvanised metal finish. A solid 4 mm thick MDF board beam holds up to 300kg per shelf and 1500kg in total (evenly distributed). Each shelf has been thoroughly tested and is very stable and safe to use. Cross braces under each shelf provide additional stability.
- Boltless design for easy assembly & disassembly: The Rivet Assembly System on the garage storage shelves ensures fast and easy assembly. Select the components you wish to assemble, position the rivets at the top of the corresponding keyholes and push the riveted component downwards into place and secure it with a mallet.
- Protective pads: There are 8 plastic corners added at the top and bottom of the industrial storage racking to protect hands, prevent floor damage, and keep the rack stable for safe use.
- Adjustable height: Each tier of this garage shelf is designed adaptable to meet your different needs. You can narrow the distance between 2 layers to house small gadgets or remove the divider for oversized items.
