90 Days Sale or Return
Tough Master Tools is committed to providing high-quality tools and excellent customer service to our B2B customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we want to make it easy for you to return any products that you are not satisfied with.
Our 90-day sale or return policy allows you to purchase our products with the peace of mind that you can return them if they do not meet your sales expectations. Here are the details of our policy:

Eligibility: All Tough Master Tools products purchased directly from us by our B2B customers are eligible for return under this policy.

Timeframe: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any eligible products. Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Approval: All returns must be approved by your account manager before they are accepted. To initiate a return, please contact your account manager by phone or email.

Restocking value: When recieving your returned goods, they will be inspected and evaluated for their condition. We grade value against condition in 3 Tiers:
- Grade A: Original condition has been maintained, all parts are included and there is no damage to the goods. Return of 100% of the value will be applied.
- Grabe B: Near original condition, the packaging is damaged, or a part is missing from the product. There may be minor scratches to the product. Return of 50% of the value
- Grade C: Considerable damage to the Packaging, a number of parts may be missing or there is noticeable damage to the item or it's functionality. Return of only 25% of the value.

Shipping: The cost of shipping the product back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus Any grading deductions. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
