How do I claim?

There's no claims process per se; all you have to do is the following:

1. Make a purchase that is worth £300 (incl. VAT) or more over Easter weekend (07/04/23 - 10/04/2023)
2. The rake will show in your basket at a lovely balance of £0.00.
3. Make your purchase!

You won't be-leaf how easy it is to claim once you've done it (sorry, we had to!)

What do I have to buy to be eligible?

Literally anything! It doesn't have to be from a particular brand or product, just as long as you've purchased it at UK Planet Tools and the total comes to £300 (incl. VAT) or more.

You can also choose to buy one item worth over £300, or multiple items – the choice is entirely yours!

Can you recommend products to me anyway?

Is anyone eligible for this gift, as long as they spend £300?

Not exactly. There are some terms and conditions that must be met in order to be eligible. These include:

• You must be a UK Planet Tools customer. Purchases made from our shop on Amazon or eBay will not be accepted.
• You must have a UK/ROI delivery address.
• You must make your purchase within the Easter weekend period (07/04/23 - 10/04/23).
• You must claim with a single transaction.
• If you cancel the order or part of the order that takes the total below £300 before delivery, it will void your eligibility for your free gift.
• If you cancel the order and it has already been dispatched, or if you encounter an issue with an item(s) after delivery, all items, including your free gift, must be returned to us for a full refund of the amount you paid, unless the value of the item to be returned keeps your total over £300.
• If you fail to return the free gift with your item(s) that take the total below £300, the rake's value of £29.99 (or any value listed on the TM-GLR31 at the time of purchase) will be deducted from your refund.
• You or someone at the specified delivery address must accept the delivery from the courier (usually during business hours). If a delivery is not accepted several times, your items – including your free rake – will be returned and the total you paid refunded.

Is delivery free?

We offer free next day delivery to addresses within Mainland UK, including London, Glasgow, Liverpool and beyond on orders over £30. So, yes, your delivery will be free.
